Hours of work: 40 hours p/w (Mon - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm)
Salary: £31,475.00 per annum plus £3,500 area allowance
Clearsprings Ready Homes is seeking an Initial Accommodation Welfare Officer to manage all aspects of service delivery and compliance within contractual obligations and statutory regulations as relates to initial accommodation.
You will provide direct support and management to the Service Users (SUs) with a responsibility to manage a caseload of Sus and follow procedures in order to meet Key Performance Objectives.
As Welfare Officer you will also be involved in inspection and management of accommodation and association areas used by Service Users.
All successful applicants will be required to undertake a satisfactory DBS check in line with their job role.
