Opportunity 1: TikTok LIVE Creator
As a TikTok LIVE Creator, you will build your audience, create entertaining LIVE content and earn through virtual gifts received from viewers.
No previous LIVE experience is required. Full training, support and guidance are provided.
Creator Requirements
- Must be aged 18 or over
- Must have access to an eligible TikTok account
- Complete at least 8 valid LIVE days per month
- Complete at least 20 LIVE hours per month
- Be consistent, reliable and willing to learn
- Maintain professional behaviour and follow TikTok’s Community Guidelines
- No unnecessary drama or disruptive behaviour

Opportunity 2: TikTok LIVE Team Leader
We are also looking for ambitious Team Leaders who want to recruit, manage and support their own team of TikTok LIVE creators.
Successful Team Leaders may receive access to their own TikTok LIVE Backstage, allowing them to manage creator activity, monitor performance and support the growth of their team.
This opportunity is best suited to people who are confident communicating with others, capable of leading a community and prepared to consistently recruit and support creators.
Team Leader Responsibilities
- Recruit suitable TikTok LIVE creators
- Help creators understand their monthly requirements
- Encourage consistency and creator development
- Monitor activity and performance through TikTok LIVE Backstage
- Support creators with questions, battles and general guidance
- Maintain a positive, professional and drama-free team environment
- Communicate regularly with agency management
