Wild by Tart is an independent neighbourhood restaurant set within a multipurpose space in a former power station. We are a busy and buzzy venue combining a restaurant, bar, retail, events space, and photography studio, we focus on seasonal, British ingredients and warm, welcoming hospitality.

What we’re looking for:
- An experienced Bartender who enjoys working in a restaurant setting
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment—you must be organised and detail-oriented
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and coffee.
- A collaborative mindset. We value teamwork and professionalism in everything we do
- A team player who enjoys learning and has a flexible approach to working in different areas across the business
