Ace Property Solutions is one of Northamptonshire's leading insurance repair contractors, delivering high-quality reinstatement works on behalf of major insurers and loss adjusters. Due to continued growth, we are looking to expand our team with an experienced Carpenter / Multi-Trade Operative.

About the Role
Our work is varied and rewarding, involving the repair and reinstatement of residential properties following insurance claims. Every day is different, and you'll be trusted to deliver high-quality repairs while providing an excellent experience for our customers during what can often be a difficult time.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well with customers, and can work independently while maintaining the high standards Ace Property Solutions is known for.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out high-quality carpentry and general multi-trade insurance repair works.
- Install and repair doors, skirting, kitchens, flooring, studwork, roofing elements, and other timber structures.
- Undertake additional multi-trade works, including basic plumbing, tiling, decorating, patch plastering, and general property maintenance where competent.
- Read and interpret job specifications and work schedules.
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
- Maintain excellent communication with customers and the office throughout each project.
- Keep work areas clean, organised, and safe.
- Represent Ace Property Solutions professionally at all times.
What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or Multi-Trade Operative.
- Competent using hand and power tools.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Ability to work across Northamptonshire and surrounding counties (within approximately a 90-minute radius of our office).
- Right to work in the UK.
Desirable Skills
Experience in any of the following would be advantageous:
- Plumbing
- Tiling
- Decorating
- Basic plastering
- Roofing repairs
- Flooring installation
- Kitchen fitting
