The Opportunity
As Store Manager, you will have significant autonomy to run your showroom, develop your team, and drive performance. You'll create a culture of excellence where customers receive expert advice, outstanding service, and a first-class shopping experience.
You will be responsible for motivating, coaching, and developing a team of sales professionals, ensuring they have the skills, confidence, and product knowledge to consistently exceed customer expectations and commercial targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and inspire a high-performing showroom team.
- Drive sales performance through effective coaching and development.
- Create a positive and engaging culture focused on customer experience.
- Take ownership of all commercial and operational aspects of the showroom.
- Recruit, train, and develop future talent within the business.
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators.
- Ensure exceptional standards of presentation and customer service.
- Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Deliver consistent sales growth while maintaining operational excellence.
About You
- Proven experience in a Store Manager, General Manager, or Senior Retail Management role.
- A successful track record of driving sales and developing teams.
- Strong coaching and leadership skills with a passion for people development.
- Commercially aware with the ability to identify opportunities and maximise performance.
- Comfortable working with autonomy and taking ownership of results.
- Experience within furniture, home interiors, premium retail, or other consultative sales environments would be advantageous.
- Ambitious and eager to progress within a growing business.
