At 3D-Aesthetics, we’re looking for an ambitious Registered Nurse who wants to play a key role in the growth of an innovative, multi-site aesthetic business.
Alongside delivering advanced non-surgical aesthetic treatments, you’ll work closely with our directors to continually raise clinical standards, strengthen governance, support regulatory compliance and help prepare the business for CQC registration.
As we continue our expansion into additional clinic locations, including Cheltenham, this role offers genuine opportunities to develop into a senior clinical leadership position.

Following the successful launch of our Knowle clinic, we’re now preparing for our next phase of expansion with a third clinic in Cheltenham and further long-term growth plans.

The Role
This is a hybrid clinical position working across our Leamington Spa and Knowle clinics, with future involvement supporting our Cheltenham clinic.
You’ll divide your time between delivering exceptional treatments, supporting clinical development and helping maintain the highest standards of governance, compliance and patient care across all locations.
Unlike many clinics, we prioritise quality over quantity. Every appointment is designed to give our practitioners the time they need to deliver exceptional care, build lasting relationships and achieve outstanding clinical outcomes.
Your Responsibilities
Clinical Practice
- Deliver advanced face and body treatments to the highest clinical standards.
- Conduct comprehensive consultations and develop bespoke treatment plans.
- Build long-term relationships through exceptional patient care.
- Maintain accurate consultation notes and clinical documentation.
- Recommend suitable homecare products and treatment programmes.
- Ensure treatments are delivered safely, ethically and in line with best clinical practice.
Clinical Development
Working alongside the directors, you’ll also help:
- Develop and refine clinical protocols.
- Improve patient pathways and treatment standards.
- Support clinical governance across multiple clinics.
- Assist with regulatory compliance and quality assurance.
- Help prepare the business for CQC registration.
- Participate in clinical audits and documentation reviews.
- Support the onboarding and mentoring of new practitioners.
- Assist with introducing new technologies and treatment innovations.
- Help standardise systems and procedures across all clinic locations.

Comprehensive Training & Development
Although we’re looking for an experienced healthcare professional, every successful candidate completes our structured induction programme before treating clients independently.

Essential
- Registered Nurse (NMC).
- Excellent communication and patient care skills.
- A genuine passion for aesthetics and skin health.

- Flexible to work across multiple clinic locations.
- A desire to continually learn and develop.
Highly Desirable
- Independent Prescriber qualification.
- Experience within medical aesthetics.
- Laser & Light qualification.
- Experience using advanced energy-based technologies.
- Strong understanding of facial anatomy and skin physiology.
- Knowledge of clinical governance or healthcare regulation.
- Experience mentoring or supporting colleagues.
