Job Overview
We are seeking a 2 x passionate and dedicated Bakers to join our busy bakery team!
One at 20 hours per week and one at 35 hours per week starting at £13.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and assemble components with attention to detail and quality.
- Bake and assemble items according to established recipes, presentation standards, and timing requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Bakery area, adhering strictly to food safety protocols.
- Assist in baking, pastry preparation, or other specialized food production tasks as needed.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and communicate shortages or equipment issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy service periods.
- Follow all health regulations and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for everyone.
Requirements
- Proven experience in food production, food preparation, or baking or similar setting.
- Strong knowledge of bakery operations, techniques, and food safety standards.
- Experience with baking and bread production highly desirable.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience is preferred but not mandatory for motivated learners eager to develop their baking skills.
