About Square Skills
Square Skills UK Ltd is a CompTIA Authorised Delivery Partner based in Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter, providing online IT training across three career pathways: IT Helpdesk, Cyber Security, and Network Engineer. We're a growing team focused on helping people build genuine careers in tech through high-quality, accessible training.
The Role
We're looking for an organised, proactive Sales Administrator to support our sales team and student enrolment process. This is a key operational role, acting as the link between prospective students, our sales advisors, and our CRM systems — making sure enquiries are followed up promptly, calls are booked efficiently, and no lead falls through the cracks.
You'll be someone who's comfortable on the phone, confident managing a high volume of daily contacts, and methodical when it comes to admin and data accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up on student enrolment enquiries via phone, email, and CRM, ensuring timely and professional contact with prospective students
- Make outbound calls to leads and enquirers to confirm details and book them in for calls with the sales team (target: 150 calls per day)
- Manage diary bookings for the sales team, coordinating call slots and ensuring advisors' schedules are kept full and accurate
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the CRM (Zoho), logging call outcomes, notes, and next steps
- Support general sales administration duties, including document preparation, data entry, and correspondence
- Liaise with the sales and enrolment teams to ensure a smooth handover of leads and student information
- Assist with enrolment paperwork, ID/proof of address collection, and onboarding administration as required
- Flag any issues, delays, or discrepancies in the enrolment pipeline to the relevant team lead
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a sales support, telesales, customer service, or administrative role
- Confident and clear telephone manner, with the ability to sustain high call volumes throughout the day
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, particularly around data accuracy
- Comfortable working with CRM systems (Zoho experience desirable but not essential — full training provided)
- Self-motivated and able to manage your own workload with minimal supervision, particularly on home-working days
- A team player who's happy supporting sales advisors and keeping the wider team on track
- Good written communication skills for email and CRM notes
Working Pattern
- Monday to Thursday: office-based at our Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham location
- Friday: home-based
