Vehicle Technician

I’m currently recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join our well-established independent garage.
This is a great opportunity to join a close-knit team of 3 technicians, where everyone has been in place for 4–5+ years — so it’s a genuinely stable and supportive working environment.
The Role:
We are looking for a solid all-rounder who’s confident with:
- Cambelts
- Wet belt
- Clutches
- General servicing & repairs (fast fit)
- Wheel alignment
- Mild engine work
It’s not a heavily KPI-driven environment — I trust my technicians to get on with the job, and paperwork has been kept to a minimum.
What we Offer:
- £30,000 – £40,000
- Annual loyalty bonus (~£1,000 paid in December)

- MOT licence desirable (i will put you through it if needed)

I are more focused on experience and attitude than qualifications, and ideally someone from an independent garage background would fit in well.
