We are looking to grow our VIP team and provide our guests with the best possible experience when visiting the venue.
VIP Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional and personalised service to VIP guests, ensuring every customer receives a memorable Ministry of Sound experience.
- Welcome, host and engage VIP customers, building rapport and anticipating guest needs before they arise.
- Serve premium drinks, bottle service and table orders to a consistently high standard, ensuring accuracy, presentation and speed of service.
- Maximise sales by confidently recommending premium products, upselling where appropriate and identifying opportunities to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, presentation and organisation across all VIP areas, ensuring tables and service stations are guest-ready at all times.
- Handle guest requests, feedback and complaints professionally, taking ownership to resolve issues quickly and positively.
- Work closely with security, bar, operations and cloakroom teams to ensure a seamless VIP customer journey from arrival to departure.
- Follow all licensing, health & safety, responsible alcohol service and safeguarding procedures to ensure the safety of guests and colleagues.

Essentials
- Must be able to work Friday and Saturday nights

- Previous experience in a VIP, premium hospitality, nightclub experience
- Knowledge of premium spirits, champagne and bottle service
