Key Responsibilities:
o Operate and maintain robotic welding tools.
o Inspect finished welds, identify defects and follow non-conformance procedures where necessary.
o Read and interpret engineering drawings, including dimensional, weld and finish requirements.
o Load, run and monitor robotic welding programmes, making supervised programme edits where required.
o Complete jig/job changes.
o Work safely at all times, following risk assessments, PPE requirements and safe robot operating procedures
Requirements:
o Strong work ethic and teamwork skills.
o Willingness to learn.
o Numeracy and literacy competence.
o Availability for rotating shifts.
o Previous experience operating robotic welding equipment within a manufacturing environment is desirable.
o Understanding of health and safety procedures, including PPE, machine guarding, emergency stops and manual handling.
o Commitment to maintaining high standards of housekeeping and workplace organisation.
