Support Worker — Long Hours (8hr), £104/day — Immediate Start
We're a recruitment agency hiring on behalf of our client, a domiciliary care provider in Surrey. This is a specific role in KT13, Weybridge: 8-hour shifts supporting one individual in their own home.
We're looking for two Support Workers with experience in structured, one-to-one support to cover seven days a week, in fixed multi-day blocks. Immediate start.

Pay: £104 per day (8-hour day)
The Work
- Planning and joining in daily routines, hobbies and local outings
- Creating a positive, engaging environment through the day
- Keeping a consistent daily structure
- Meal preparation, scheduling and light household tasks
- Medication prompting and administration in line with care plan, with accurate MAR records
You'll Need
- Support work experience and a patient, upbeat, level-headed manner
- Strong interpersonal skills, natural rapport and the ability to engage the person you support, their family and the office
- Right to Work in the UK.
- An Enhanced DBS, or willingness to get one
- Work as self employed
