Duties
- Deliver customised massage therapies tailored to individual client needs, including deep tissue and sports massage.
- Conduct client consultations to assess their health history and specific requirements before treatment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment in accordance with hygiene standards and health regulations.
- Keep accurate records of treatments provided and client progress in compliance with confidentiality policies.
- Promote additional wellness services and products where appropriate to enhance client experience.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to minimise wait times and optimise client flow.
- Stay informed about new massage techniques and industry best practices through ongoing professional development.
Requirements
- recognised qualification in Massage Therapy or an equivalent recognised certification and must have their own insurance.
- Proven experience in delivering various massage techniques is essential.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen attentively and respond empathetically to clients’ needs.
- Strong organisational skills to manage appointments effectively and maintain accurate records.
- Ability to work flexibly within scheduled hours, including evenings or weekends.
- A professional attitude with a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and confidentiality.
- A genuine interest in promoting health and wellness through holistic therapies.

Experience:
- Massage Therapy: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Certificate in Insurance and FHT or equivalent registration (required)
