We are looking for an experienced, proactive and highly organised Sales Progressor to join our growing team.
This is a vital role within our estate agency, ensuring agreed sales progress efficiently from offer accepted through to completion. You'll be the key point of contact for buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage brokers and other agents, keeping everyone informed and proactively resolving issues to minimise delays and fall-throughs.

Key Responsibilities
- Progressing residential property sales from offer agreed through to legal completion.
- Acting as the main point of contact for buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage advisers and other estate agents.
- Liaising with all parties to ensure sales progress as quickly and smoothly as possible.
- Chasing solicitors for updates and identifying any delays or issues.
- Monitoring the conveyancing process and proactively resolving problems.
- Providing regular updates to vendors and purchasers.
- Maintaining accurate records within the CRM system.
- Working closely with our sales negotiators to ensure seamless customer service.
- Helping minimise fall-throughs through excellent communication and proactive management.
- Ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales journey.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience as a Sales Progressor or within residential conveyancing or estate agency sales progression.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
- Confident dealing with solicitors and negotiating positive outcomes.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong IT skills and experience using CRM/property software.

What We Offer
- £27,000–£30,000 salary depending on experience.
- Monday to Friday working only – no weekends.
- Part-time hours considered (pro rata salary).
