Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Government & German Engineering Markets
Base salary + uncapped commission | OTE Year 1: £45,000-£55,000 | Full-time, On-site | Manchester (Spinningfields)
Vivid Resourcing is looking for driven graduates to join our recruitment team in Manchester. You'll be placed on one of two specialist desks - Government contracting or German Engineering - connecting major organisations with the specialist contractors they need, where a placement can generate £20,000-£50,000 in revenue.
This is a commercial, results-driven role. You'll build relationships with hiring managers, actively headhunt scarce specialists, and close deals. Demanding, varied work with real responsibility from day one.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Manage your own desk from first conversation to placement
- Actively headhunt specialist contractors and match them to live projects
- Build relationships with decision-makers in your chosen market
WHAT WE OFFER
Base salary + uncapped commission:
- Year 3 OTE: £125,000-£130,000+
- Incentives and company trips - previous destinations include Barcelona, Morzine and Marbella
