Martin Carwardine & Co is an independent coffee roast house now in its sixth generation, with a history since 1861. Based in the foothills of the Mendips we proudly supply fresh, hand-roasted speciality coffee and coffee-making equipment, throughout the West Country.
We seek a lively and enthusiastic manager for our Love Coffee Cart, which attends Wells Market twice a week on Wednesdays and Saturdays. And also to work in our new coffee shop on Sadler Street expanding our trading days as we currently trade for five days a week and with building customer base, the time is right to increase this to seven.
Variety is certainly guaranteed!
Above everything a passion of coffee is essential, we roast exceptional coffee which needs proficiently crafting into the tasty beverages we prepare. You do need to be physically fit, organised and enjoy interacting with people. Making great coffee but also putting a smile on peoples faces!
If you are that person we would love to hear from you, but please no ambitious long commutes. It makes the start just too early, fuel is expensive and spending a long time in the car is a grind!
Pay: £27,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
