We’re now looking for an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver (preferably ADR qualified) to join our Gloucester depot. As one of our drivers, you’ll be the face of JOE Energy – delivering to domestic, agricultural and commercial customers, building strong relationships, and upholding our reputation for outstanding service.
What you’ll do:
- Safely operate a HGV 4 and 6-wheeler, completing bulk and hose deliveries (from 500 litres to full loads).
- Deliver fuel to a variety of customers across the region.
- Load/unload at the terminal, ensuring safety and compliance at all times.
- Follow delivery schedules, complete paperwork/PDA tasks accurately.
- Carry out routine vehicle checks and report any issues.
- Provide exceptional service to every customer, every time.
- Support other depots when required.
What we’re looking for:
- Valid HGV Class 2 licence (ADR preferred).
- Proven HGV driving experience (multi-drop tanker deliveries desirable).
- Strong knowledge of road safety and regulations.
- Confident, adaptable driver with excellent time management.
- Physically fit with the ability to handle manual tasks.
- Customer-focused with great communication skills.
