About the Role
We're looking for a skilled and versatile Multi Trade Builder to join our construction team, this is a great opportunity for a hands-on tradesperson who enjoys variety — you'll work across an array of tasks such as, carpentry, roofing, groundwork, and masonry, interior and exterior finishing, helping deliver high-quality building and refurbishment projects from start to finish.
If you're proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable switching between trades and tasks in a fast-paced environment, we'd like to hear from you. We invest in our people — with mentoring and a clear route to progress into a Site Supervisor role.
What You'll Be Doing
- Carrying out groundworks, concreting, masonry, carpentry, and internal/external finishing work
- Completing roofing repairs and installations to a high safety standard
- Using hand and power tools efficiently and safely across a range of tasks
- Working closely with the team to hit project deadlines without compromising on quality
- Keeping health and safety front of mind on every job
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience across multiple trades (carpentry, roofing, masonry, groundworks, and general building) — you don't need to be an expert in all of them, but a solid working knowledge is important
- Confident and competent using hand tools and power tools
- Good understanding of construction health and safety regulations
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your workload
- Clear communicator, equally comfortable working solo or as part of a team

Pay: £30,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
