Duties
- Perform a variety of beauty treatments including facials, waxing, massage, manicure and pedicure
- Provide personalized consultations to understand clients’ needs and recommend suitable services or products
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all treatment areas and equipment to ensure client safety
- Deliver excellent customer service by creating a warm, friendly atmosphere that encourages repeat visits
- Educate clients on skincare routines and product recommendations to support their ongoing beauty journey
- Keep detailed records of treatments performed and client preferences for future reference
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist
- Excellent communication skills in English to clearly explain treatments and build rapport with clients
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to listen actively and respond empathetically
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Certification or licensing as required by local regulations for beauty therapy practice is preferred but not mandatory
- A positive attitude combined with enthusiasm for helping clients look and feel their best
