PayPoint is looking for a commercially driven, sector-experienced leader to take ownership of our growth within the UK housing market.
As Head of Commercial – Housing & Built Environment, you’ll define and deliver our strategy across housing associations and local authority landlords. This is a highly visible, senior role where you’ll lead complex deal-making, shape innovative payment solutions, and build long-term partnerships across the sector.

Own and deliver PayPoint’s commercial strategy across the housing sector

Identify, develop and close large, complex enterprise opportunities

Act as senior commercial lead for key, high-value housing accounts

Sell integrated payment solutions including payments, Open Banking and settlement services

Work closely with product, technology and operations teams to shape sector-specific propositions

Build and maintain a strong, high-quality sales pipeline

Lead negotiations on major frameworks and long-term contracts

Manage and develop a small team, driving performance and exceptional client delivery

Represent PayPoint at industry events, strengthening our profile in the housing sector

Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for private and commercial property sectors

Proven experience in a senior commercial or enterprise sales role within B2B services

Strong understanding of the UK housing sector; an existing network across Housing Associations is highly desirable

Demonstrated success in winning and closing large, complex deals

Experience managing long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders

Background in payments, Open Banking or regulated financial services is advantageous

Previous line management experience, with a passion for coaching and developing teams
