Job Introduction
Pay rate: Monday - Friday £14.42 & Saturday & Sunday £15.45 per hour (Weekly & Monthly pay available)
Shift pattern: 20 hours per week - 22:00pm - 08:00am - 2 nights per week must be flexible over the 7 nights
We're recruiting for a Female Support Worker to join our team in Boston, Lincolnshire to support a young boy living in his family home with Multifocal Leukoencephalopathy with significant neurological disability, Global Development Delay and other complex needs.

Excellent spoken and written English, clear communication is vital

Physically able to support a strong young person during movement and care tasks

Previous care experience in the UK

Confident supporting someone who is non‑verbal

Flexible to work any evenings of the week on a rota basis
