About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer to join our team.
The main purpose of this role is to carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), cleaning and routine maintenance of refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment at customer sites throughout London.
This is a hands-on role suited to an engineer who takes pride in doing a thorough job and keeping equipment clean, well maintained and operating efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out scheduled PPM visits at customer sites.
- Clean refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment.
- Clean filters, coils, condensers and other components as required.
- Carry out routine maintenance checks.
- Inspect equipment and identify any obvious issues or deterioration.
- Check general condition and operation of equipment.
- Record maintenance carried out and report any issues to the office.
- Complete service sheets and maintenance reports.
- Maintain a clean and professional working environment.
- Travel between customer sites across the M4 corridor and London.
- Represent the company professionally when working on customer premises.
Requirements
- Previous experience working with refrigeration and/or air-conditioning equipment.
- Valid F-Gas qualification is essential.
- Good understanding of refrigeration and air-conditioning systems.
- Previous experience carrying out maintenance or PPM work.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Reliable, punctual and well organised.
- Comfortable working independently at customer sites.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- A clean and professional approach to work.

The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking and takes pride in their work.
You don't need to be a specialist breakdown engineer the focus of this position is planned maintenance, cleaning and keeping our customers' refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment in good working order.
