Salary: £23,000 – £29,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, day shift (overtime available)
Benefits: Pension contributions, starting from 21 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays

The Role
We are seeking a Workshop Coordinator to support our manufacturing team and help streamline operations on the shopfloor. This is a key role that ensures materials, jobs, and the workspace are always ready and running efficiently.
This position is ideal for someone who is organised, dependable, and enjoys being a vital part of a team. You’ll be hands-on, proactive, and take pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
- Booking in orders using our production control system
- Preparing materials and components for manufacturing
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workshop
- Driving and delivering materials or components locally as needed
- Supporting the engineering team by managing day-to-day operational tasks
- Assisting with general workshop duties and light maintenance

- Someone who is methodical, tidy, and proactive
- A good communicator who thrives in a small, collaborative team
- A full UK driving licence is essential
- Experience in a workshop or manufacturing environment is a plus, but not essential—training will be provided
