As part of the SkillsBridge division, you will play a leading role in:
- Driving sales activity
- Supporting conversion performance
- Developing commercial strategies
- Improving enrolment performance
- Helping scale the division
This role remains hands-on commercially.
You will be expected to:
- Sell
- Convert
- Build relationships
- Deliver against KPIs
While simultaneously helping shape:
- Sales approach
- Growth strategy

- Customer journey improvements

Earnings & progression
Base salary:
