We are well established, Surveying firm who has built an outstanding reputation within the industry covering the UK.
We are looking for a talented and experienced Surveyor Manager (based in Nottingham) that shares the same vision as us.
We are a RICS regulated multidisciplinary building surveying company specialising in sustainability of buildings, Retrofit PAS 2035 and visual marketing for properties. Our company mission is to provide cost-effective solutions to the property market while offering expert knowledge on legally-required compliance services all wrapped up in a friendly and personal service. The strength of the business lies in the quality of the people we work with.
We are looking for someone to work full time, 40 hours a week and the hours of work will be between 8am – 5.30pm (Monday – Friday).
The Role:
- You will be the senior point of contact for our surveyors
- Manage, mentor, and support building surveyors (junior to senior level)
- Conduct performance reviews and set development goals
- Managing kit, and the supply of all equipment
- Arranging training and managing courses are completed on time
- Training quality checking
- Managing the teams and ensuring KPIs are met

Skills:
- RA and DEA Qualified
- Be fully competent on a computer and familiar MS Software
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, face to face, by email
- Calm and confident telephone manner, approachable with the ability to build a rapport with a wide range of people.
- Be reliable and punctual.
- Have previous experience in personnel management
- Genuine passion to support team members with any questions, queries, or concerns.
- Positive “can do” attitude.
