Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Endodontist to join our dynamic dental team. In this role, you will specialize in diagnosing and treating complex root canal issues, providing exceptional patient care, and ensuring the preservation of natural teeth. Responsibilities
- Perform root canal treatments, including retreatments, apicoectomies, and other endodontic procedures with precision and care
- Conduct thorough examinations utilizing advanced medical imaging techniques to diagnose dental pulp and periapical conditions accurately
- Utilize CAD (Computer-Aided Design) tools for planning complex endodontic procedures when applicable
- Maintain detailed patient records, documenting diagnoses, treatment plans, and outcomes clearly and comprehensively
- Educate patients on their oral health, explaining procedures, post-treatment care, and preventive measures effectively
- Collaborate with general dentists and specialists to develop comprehensive treatment strategies tailored to each patient’s needs
- Stay current with advancements in endodontic techniques, materials, and technology to ensure the highest standard of care
Skills
- Extensive knowledge of dental anatomy relevant to endodontic procedures
- Proficiency in interpreting medical imaging such as X-rays, CBCT scans, and other diagnostic tools
- Familiarity with CAD software used for planning complex treatments when necessary
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail for precise instrument handling during procedures
- Excellent communication skills to explain treatment options clearly and empathetically to patients
- Ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards
- Commitment to ongoing professional development in endodontics and related fields
Pay: From £50.00 per hour
Experience:
- endodontics: 2 years (preferred)
