You'll work alongside experienced staff, gaining hands-on experience in the classroom, helping to remove barriers to learning, and encouraging students to reach their full potential. What You’ll Do:
- Work directly with students who have a range of special educational needs, providing tailored support both individually and in small groups
- Lead engaging intervention sessions designed to help students reach their full potential
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to help create individualised learning plans that support the specific needs of each student

What We’re Looking For:
- Have or be predicted degree in psychology or related
- A genuine passion for supporting young people with Special Educational Needs
- A proactive, creative, and adaptable approach to learning and teaching
- An ability to inspire and motivate students, creating a positive, supportive environment
- Previous experience in a TA or SEN role is a plus, but not essential – we’ll support your development
