Hours 35 hours per week
Salary £32,170 - £34,535 per annum plus benefits

The role:
The Quality & Standards Officer is central to our new Quality & Standards Team. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Housing Teams to gather, monitor, and analyse performance and policy data—turning insights into meaningful improvements that enhance service delivery and drive high standards.
Key responsibilities for the role include:

Monitoring performance information to ensure we are meeting operational, regulatory and legal requirements

Supporting policy reviews
-
Ensuring confidence in our customer data and profiling information

Co-ordinating reports and internal communications

Qualifications
Educated to GCSE level 4 – 9 (C or above) standard, or equivalent, in English and Maths
