About the Role
We are a high-end bespoke furniture manufacturer delivering premium residential projects. Due to continued growth, we're looking for an experienced Technical Draughtsperson to produce detailed, production-ready manufacturing drawings for bespoke furniture and joinery.
This role sits at the heart of the business, working closely with interior design, production, and installation teams to ensure projects are delivered accurately and efficiently.
This is a technical role focused on producing accurate, production-ready information rather than managing projects or client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Produce detailed technical drawings for bespoke furniture and joinery
* Develop designs from concept through to production-ready information
* Ensure all drawings are accurate, complete, and suitable for manufacture
* Liaise with workshop and installation teams to resolve technical queries
* Support project handovers into production
* Maintain drawing standards and consistency across projects
Requirements
* Proven experience in technical design within bespoke furniture or joinery
* Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and materials
* Ability to produce clear, accurate production drawings
* Experience with SketchUp essential
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
* Good communication skills and ability to work across departments
Desirable
* Experience working on high-end residential projects
* Knowledge of installation requirements and site constraints
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
