Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 (Depending on experience)
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
The Opportunity
United Homes Group is seeking a Deputy Manager to lead our therapeutic home in West London.
We are looking for a practitioner-leader who balances clinical trauma-informed care with rigorous operational governance.

Oversight: You will work alongside a dedicated Registered Manager (RM) and Responsible Individual (RI) providing strategic support, allowing you to focus on the home’s culture and clinical outcomes.
Your Mission
Lead Towards 'Outstanding': Maintain our 'Good' rating while driving the home toward Ofsted excellence.
Risk Management: Ensuring the team is trained and resilient enough to manage complex risks.
Team Culture: Supervise and develop a trauma-responsive staff team, fostering a culture of reflection and professional challenge.
Regulatory Accountability: Ensure full compliance with the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015 and the Quality Standards.
Requirements
Qualifications: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or completing).
Experience: Minimum 2 years in a leadership role within a residential care setting.
Clinical Insight: Strong understanding of attachment-based practice, trauma-informed models, and safeguarding thresholds.
Operational Grit: Proven ability to stabilise and managing challenging behaviour and maintain a stable, motivated workforce.
