Duties
- Perform a variety of beauty treatments including massage, facials, waxing, gel nails & skincare with precision and care.
- Provide personalised advice to clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and beauty techniques to meet their individual needs.
- Ensure all treatments are carried out in accordance with health and safety standards, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment at all times.
- Engage actively with clients to understand their beauty goals, offering professional guidance and building lasting relationships.
- Stay current with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product innovations to deliver fresh and innovative services.
- Assist in retail sales by recommending suitable products that complement treatments and enhance client results.
- Maintain detailed records of treatments provided, client preferences, and product usage for seamless service continuity.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist or in a similar role within the beauty or wellness industry.
- You must be experienced in Massage, Waxing & Nails
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills to connect with clients and understand their individual needs.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to beauty treatments.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiasm for continuous learning about new beauty techniques, products, and industry standards.
