We’re looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Gardener to join our friendly team. You’ll support two experienced gardeners on a regular round of maintenance work, ensuring all gardens are kept to a high standard.
Immediate start for successful candidate, with an excellent opportunity to move up in the business and manage a gardening round independently if performance targets and standards are met.
Plant knowledge and previous experience welcomed and over 25's with a clean UK driver's license would be useful.
- Carry out regular garden maintenance including mowing, pruning, weeding, and hedge cutting
- Maintain high standards of presentation and professionalism at all times
- Follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
- Keep tools, equipment, and machinery clean and in good condition
- Report any damage, faults, or safety issues promptly
- Ensure punctuality and uphold the company’s reputation for reliability
Requirements
- Must be able to travel to Bromley North by 7:30am daily (Local pick-up and drop-off may be possible within reason)
- Previous gardening or landscaping experience preferred
- Strong references from previous employers
- Reliable, hardworking, and committed to maintaining high standards
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather
