The Governing Body of Bolton-le-Sands Church of England Primary School is seeking to appoint a dedicated team member to manage our newly created Wrap Around Childcare provision, covering both Breakfast Club and After School Club.
We are looking for a motivated individual with experience of working with children, who is passionate about providing high-quality care in a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day management of our breakfast and after-school provision, leading staff, planning activities, and ensuring the needs of all children are met effectively.
This role is a part-time, permanent, term-time only position for 18 hours 20 minutes per week.
Working Hours: 18 hours 20 minutes
Breakfast Club Monday to Friday 7.30am to 8.45am = 6 hours 15 minutes
After School Club Monday to Friday 3.20pm to 5.45pm = 12 hours 5 minutes

We Are Looking for a Breakfast and After School Manager Who:
- Is enthusiastic about being with children
- Can think of new activities/ is creative/ takes an initiative
- Prepare snacks and comply with food safety regulations
- Maintain accurate registers and records (attendance, accidents, incidents)
- Liaise with parents and school staff
- Will work with the Headteacher and SLT to manage the Breakfast and After School Club
- Is polite, calm, and friendly towards our children
- Has experience supporting primary-aged pupils
This position is part time, term time only, please note the salary quoted is full time equivalent. If successful, the salary received will be paid on a pro rata basis.

The safety and well-being of our pupils is paramount. The successful candidate will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check and provide proof of identity and qualifications. Additionally, the school reserves the right to conduct online searches as part of our safeguarding procedures. All information will be handled in line with the DBS Code of Practice.
