Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Barista to join our team in this small coffee shop in the heart of London . The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, ensuring that every drink meets our high standards of quality. You will also play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.
Duties
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, including equipment and utensils.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and answering any questions they may have.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using basic maths skills.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive working environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential; training will be provided.
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively.
- Basic maths skills for processing transactions accurately.
- A friendly and approachable demeanour with a passion for customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Pay: £14.00-£16.00 per hour
