Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Food Truck Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our food service operation, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our customers. This position requires a passion for food, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of delicious menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards. On job training will be provided for perfect execution of the tasks to the TIKKA TONIC standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the food truck, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and answering any questions about the menu
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash management procedures are followed
- Assist in restocking supplies and inventory management to ensure smooth operations during service hours
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service during busy periods
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is advantageous but not essential; we welcome individuals eager to learn
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment
- A passion for food and customer service, with a friendly disposition towards customers
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required
- Knowledge of food hygiene practices is beneficial; training will be provided
