We are currently looking for experience back End Groundworks Operatives to join our growing team on projects in the YorLahore area.
Front End Groundworks Operatives
Key Responsibilities
Back End Groundworks Operatives
Key Responsibilities:
- Flagging and block paving
- Kerb laying
- Topsoil handling and finishing
- All associated back-end groundworks and reinstatement works
Important Notes:
- We need both Back End
- If you are a 360 driver, you must be a fully skilled groundworker – we do not just employ drivers.
Requirements for Both Roles:
- Proven experience in groundworks / civils (skilled level essential)
- Relevant tickets highly desirable:
- CSCS Card (Blue or Gold preferred)
- Dumper Ticket
- Roller Ticket
- 360 Excavator Ticket
- Full driving licence and own transport advantageous
- Ability to work safely and productively as part of a team
- Reliable, hardworking, and time-served in the trade
Exceptions: Fully skilled gangs are welcome to apply. Strong, fully skilled individual lads paired with a reliable labourer will also be considered.
