The Performance Monitoring Officer will play a key role within the Connect to Work Programme Management Team, supporting the successful delivery of the programme across Cheshire West, Cheshire East, and Warrington.
This role focuses on strengthening programme performance by supporting the Data and Finance functions through the collection, validation, and coordination of key information required for reporting, compliance, and assurance purposes. Working closely with internal teams and external delivery partners, the postholder will help ensure that accurate, timely, and high-quality data underpins programme delivery and performance management.

The postholder will also take on additional responsibilities, including acting as the programme’s MAPPA lead.
