HGV (Class 2) & Groundsperson - City of London
Hardworking team member to undertake a wide range of cleaning duties.
Licence Class 2 HGV (with valid CPC & Tacho) is required to work a small team (typically one other operative) to perform a range of duties including the cleansing of residential roads, town centres and parks. Sometimes using a jetwash (training provided). The project work is physical and varied, but no two days are ever the same.
Role may also include driving Dustcarts. Vehicles range from Narrow Access (smaller vehicles) upto 26T.
Predominantly working outdoors and in all weathers Full training will be given.
The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate a commitment to quality and ensure areas are maintained to a high standard. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, is active and can commute to the City. (several Tube stations in close vicinity as well as bus routes nearby)
Experience in similar fields or driving mechanical sweepers and Dustcarts would be an advantage, but not essential.

Hours:
AM SHIFT 6am - 14:30pm,
PM SHIFT: 16:30 - 01:00AM,
NIGHTS: 21:30PM - 06:00AM
(Enhanced Salary for working Nights and/or Weekends)
Full-time (approx. 40 hours) or Part-time hours are available.
Salary: Competitive rates of pay. Premium paid for working weekends and/or evenings
