About the Role
Coyle Homecare is looking for an experienced Clinical Lead Paediatric Nurse to oversee the delivery of safe, high-quality care for children with complex health needs in their homes. You will lead and support nursing and care teams, ensuring clinical excellence and compliance with CQC standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to staff delivering paediatric homecare.
- Carry out assessments, care planning, and competency checks.
- Support children with complex needs including tracheostomy, ventilation, PEG feeding, and epilepsy care.
- Deliver training, monitor quality, and ensure safeguarding and compliance.
- Act as the main clinical point of contact for families and professionals.
Requirements
- Registered Children’s Nurse (RNC/RSCN) with valid NMC registration.
- Proven experience in paediatric homecare/community settings.
- Strong leadership, communication, and teaching skills.
