We are looking for a highly skilled Aesthetic Practitioner with a minimum of 3–5 years’ hands-on experience in the aesthetics industry. The ideal candidate will be confident in performing a wide range of advanced aesthetic treatments, possess excellent consultation skills, and be committed to maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and care.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a clinical aesthetics environment.
- Relevant qualification at Level 4 to Level 7 in Aesthetics, Beauty Therapy, or an associated field.
- Strong knowledge of skin health, treatment planning, and patient management.
- Excellent communication, consultation and customer service skills.
- Professional, reliable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Fully eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough client consultations and assessments.
- Develop personalised treatment plans.
- Deliver treatments safely and effectively in line with clinic protocols.
- Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes.
- Provide excellent pre- and post-treatment care advice.
- Uphold all health, safety and infection-control standards.
- Strong sales and client retention skills.
- Proven ability to convert consultations into treatment bookings.
- Promote treatment packages and courses.
- Build and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional customer service.
