ROLE OVERVIEW
· We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys delivering high-quality, attentive service in a relaxed yet detail-focused environment.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
As the Chef de Partie, you'll hold a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless management of your section, maintaining efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity throughout. Your responsibilities will encompass meticulous oversight and adherence to all food safety and health regulations, guaranteeing the highest standards of safety and hygiene. Additionally, you'll demonstrate versatility by working across various sections of the kitchen. REQUIREMENTS
· Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role in a quality restaurant environment
· Strong understanding of service standards
· Interest in Italian cuisine
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Positive attitude, reliability, and strong team spirit
· Ability to perform well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
· Flexibility to work double shift, evenings, weekends
· Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
