Adsmith Digital is a highly respected Pay Per Click (PPC) company in the UK. In short, we help business owners to grow their businesses by running awesome Google, Meta and TikTok campaigns.
We've helped clients sell everything from wine (lots during lockdown!) to sleep masks, from shoes to signet rings (seriously bling) and services from healthcare to guttering. In all, we have helped more than 100 companies over the last 8 years, many of which are still loyal clients today.
Our loyal social ads colleague is leaving after 5 great years so we are searching for an equally capable replacement - and THAT is where you come in!

We're recruiting one great Paid Social expertwho can get to grips with existing Meta Ads accounts (with full handover) and get ready to prove your skills by continuing (and increasing) this amazing work for new clients.
We've done the maths... and on starting salary for this role are £35,000 andthis will grow pretty quickly as you learn and start being able to look after yourself and designated customers.

WHAT YOUR TYPICAL DAY WILL LOOK LIKE:
8:50am: Get close to the office (nearest tube = Bond Street).
8:55am: Chit Chat with over a coffee.
9:01am: Log on, clear that inbox and respond to replies from clients.
9:20am: Review recent account performance for the accounts you look after.
9:50am: See what changes need to be made to performance ticking along
10:00am: Send a few ideas/thoughts you’ve had to a couple of clients.
10:30am: WeeklyClient Call with one of you regular clientsto go through results and ideas for expansion
11:18am: Team trip to one of the local coffee shops to collect coffee
11:40am: Write up a couple of client reports, for them to review before tomorrow’s calls.
12:30pm: LUNCH UNTIL 1.30 (one of the great local places, or make in the office kitchen)
1:00pm: Enjoy a picturesque stroll around pretty Marylebone/Oxford Street if the weather is nice.
1:30pm: Email check, again to ensure that everything client-related is responded to and acted upon.
2:00pm: Client call time again!
2:45pm: General brainstorm about someone’s account or client issues.
3:00pm: Make changes based on today’s client calls.
3:12pm: Identify something clever in an account and share in the office!
4:00pm: Start preparing a 6-month report to share with a client at their offices next week, along with a colleague
5:00pm: Quick check of today’s account activity and make any changes
5:30pm: Log off and head home!

The Nitty Gritty: We work in our office at 37 Queen Anne Street. It's bright, airy, fun and you'll be equipped with the most cutting edge tech known to man!
