Bromley Cleaning & FM Ltd is a growing Liverpool-based commercial cleaning and facilities management contractor, providing high-quality cleaning services to businesses across the region. We are looking for a motivated and professional Business Development Manager to join our team and play a key role in our continued growth.
The Role
This is a varied position that combines business development, client relationship management, and operational support. Working closely with the Managing Director, you will help drive the business forward by maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, identifying and securing new business opportunities, and supporting the day-to-day running of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Conducting regular client visits and service reviews.
- Identifying and securing new commercial cleaning and facilities management contracts.
- Generating leads and developing new business opportunities.
- Preparing quotations and supporting tender submissions.
- Working alongside the Managing Director to support daily business operations.
- Assisting with service delivery standards and customer satisfaction.
- Representing the company professionally at meetings, networking events, and site visits.
About You
- Previous experience in business development, sales, account management, or a similar role.
- Experience within the commercial cleaning or facilities management sector is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to winning new business.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Full UK driving licence preferred.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
