The role
As Room Manager, you will:
- Lead the daily practice and organisation of your nursery room
- Inspire and support your team to deliver high-quality care and education
- Deliver an ambitious EYFS (2025) curriculum
- Create safe, inclusive and engaging learning environments
- Build strong partnerships with families
- Uphold safeguarding, welfare and Ofsted-ready standards
What you'll need
Essential:
- Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or above)
- Strong EYFS and safeguarding knowledge
- Experience leading or supporting a team
- A passion for excellence and nurturing child development
Desirable:
- Paediatric First Aid / Food Hygiene
- Leadership CPD and ambition to progress further
