Job Summary

Duties
- Assist in setting up catering areas and prepare them for service.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service standards. Service must be quick to avoid holding up the tee.
- Keep workstations clean, organised, and sanitised throughout shifts to meet health and safety regulations
- Replenish supplies as needed, and record and label food prep clearly
- Support with clearing tables, disposing of waste responsibly, and resetting areas for the next service
- Follow all food safety procedures and hygiene protocols diligently to guarantee quality standards are met
- Collaborate with team members to deliver a positive experience for all club members and guests.
Skills
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable manner
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices (training provided if needed)
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and busy periods during service times
- Enthusiastic attitude with a keen eye for detail and cleanliness
- Reliable & punctual
- Previous experience in catering required
