Hours: Saturday & Sunday (plus occasional additional hours during peak periods)

About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated individual to join our team as a Seasonal Weekend Retail Assistant. This role is based across our retail shop and outdoor show site, providing excellent customer service and supporting day-to-day operations during our busy season.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming and assisting customers in the shop and show site
- Providing product information and guidance to support sales
- Serving customers efficiently and processing transactions
- Handling customer enquiries in person and over the phone
- Answering incoming calls in a professional manner
- Using basic computer systems for sales and customer enquiries
- Maintaining a clean, tidy, and well-presented shop and show site
- Assisting with stock displays and general upkeep
What We’re Looking For
- A positive and approachable attitude
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Confidence speaking to customers and handling enquiries
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Previous retail or customer-facing experience is desirable but not essential
