Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Parts Advisor & e-commerce Assistant to join our team, ideally with Land Rover knowledge. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service for our online orders & creating adverts for our ebay shop & website. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain an organised workspace. As a Parts Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking parts for their vehicles, ensuring they receive accurate information and timely assistance.
Duties
- Assist customers in identifying and sourcing the correct parts for their vehicles.
- Create and Manage listings on ecommerce platform such as eBay and Shopify
- Communicate effectively with customers verbally & via email, providing excellent written etiquette at all times.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations within the business.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to parts orders.
- Picking & packing online orders, during busy times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to maintain an orderly workspace.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a willingness to learn about automotive parts and systems.
