Are you a skilled professional with a sharp eye for detail and experience in painting and corrosion control?
Dalkia is seeking a proactive Paint Supervisor to join our dedicated team at Sizewell B Power Station.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting critical national infrastructure where precision, safety, and reliability are paramount.
What You'll Be Doing

Supervising and supporting the wider engineering and maintenance teams

Conducting quality assurance (QA) inspections on painting and coating works

Day to day management of the painting team, leading a team of ten staff

Managing communication and expectations with key stakeholders, including the end client

Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on paint systems

Preparing and processing Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS)
What We're Looking For

Proven experience with industrial coatings, corrosion prevention, and inspection

Strong understanding of health and safety standards in high-risk or industrial environments

Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role

NVQ Level 2 (or higher) in a relevant painting/coatings discipline

Inspector experience would be advantageous
