As we continue through growth & success, Windsors are looking for an experienced and driven SALES EXECUTIVE. The candidate will work within our Sales Department operating New & Used Car Sales, supported by a Managerial & Sales Team. Windsors will provide full training and a support network to encourage ability, and progression.
Our Sales Executives are the first point of contact for customers both existing and new enquiring to our dealership to purchase a vehicle. Fundamentals for any customer facing staff member within Windsors include professionalism, politeness and confidence with people. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional with proven sales experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Maintaining a satisfactory level of performance in relation to sales targets, customer service, professionalism, DMS usage, follow up activity & process adherence.
- Marketing ability including video & photo creation/involvement.
- Develop and maintain long term customer relationships with both existing and new customers.
- Generating and Converting Sales opportunities of all forms.
- Building strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and recomend suitable vehicles.
- Promoting finance packages, warranty and additional products.
- Compliance and process adherence.
- Face to Face, Email & Telephone communication alongside managing follow ups and maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven Experience.
- Highly Motivated, Ambitious and Target Driven.
- Communication & Customer Service skills.
- IT Ability.
- Customer confidence to deal with a variety of customers to a High Standard, building long term relationships.
- Ability to work independently & as part of a team.
- Highly presentable, focused approach to representing the company.
- Great organisational & time keeping ability.
- Passionate & Results Driven.
- Unafraid of Targets and/or Competition.
- Skills within Sales, Conversation, Negotiation, Calculations, Closing, Solution Objections.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Full Time, Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturday 9am - 4:30pm, operating a 5 1/2 Day week with 1/2 Day Off and every Sunday off.
- Experience required.
- Full, Clean Driving License essential.
ADDITIONAL PAY & BENEFITS:
- Starting £24,000 Basic Salary + Commission Pay offering an achievable OTE and uncapped earning opportunity.
