We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Outdoor Events Creator and Hospitality Coordinator to design and manage new open-air gatherings, festivals and corporate retreats at Celtic Harmony Camp Near Herford.

This role involves planning, organising, and executing outdoor events while delivering exceptional guest services within a vibrant hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in the hospitality or event management sectors. This position offers an exciting opportunity to create memorable experiences for our guests while showcasing your skills in upselling, fundraising, and guest engagement.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop outdoor events that align with organisational goals and guest interests.
- Coordinate all aspects of event planning, including logistics, vendor management, and on-site setup.
- Deliver outstanding guest services by ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and attending to guests' needs promptly.
- Upsell available services, packages, or products to maximise revenue during events.
- Manage time effectively to ensure all event components are executed smoothly and within scheduled timelines.
- Organise resources efficiently, including staffing, equipment, and supplies necessary for successful event delivery.
- Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure seamless event operations.
- Assist with fundraising initiatives by engaging guests and promoting donation opportunities during events.
- Maintain high standards of organisation and cleanliness throughout the event area.
- Gather feedback post-event to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements for future occasions.
Experience
- Proven experience in hospitality, event management, or related fields such as restaurant or hotel operations.
- Demonstrated ability in upselling and increasing revenue through effective guest engagement strategies.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise confidently with guests, vendors, and team members.
- Experience in fundraising activities or charitable events is advantageous but not essential.
- Familiarity with outdoor event setup and logistics planning is preferred but training will be provided.
- Prior experience in guest services roles that emphasise hospitality excellence will be highly regarded. Pay: £29,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
